You get 50% of your professional fee (less Gigant fee) if your client cancels less than 24 hours but more than 3 hours prior to the appointment.
You get 100% of your fee (less Gigant fee) if the client cancels less than 3 hours prior or does not show up to your appointment.
*Transaction fees are non-refundable.
Any paid appointments that the professional cancels will affect their attendance rate.
An appointment is officially canceled when you or your client goes to the appointments page and confirms cancellation through the cancellation menu.
All users of this website and other services of Gigant agree that they shall have a 48 hour period from termination of the last interaction through this website within which to raise any and all concerns or complaints to Gigant, and agree that concerns or complaints not raised within this period are waived. All parties agree to abide by the decision of Gigant on the said concerns or complaints as final and binding and waive any further remedy otherwise available under law.
