Moderate Cancellation Policy
100% Refund Cancel > 72 hours
For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment.
50% Refund Cancel > 24 hours
If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours (3 days) to 24 hours (1 day) prior, you get a 50% refund of the professional's fees.
0% Refund Cancel < 24 hours
If you cancel less than 24 hours (1 day) prior or you do not show up for your appointment, the professional's fee is non-refundable.
*Please note that your chosen payment option may charge additional fees which are non-refundable. You can cancel your booked appointments through the client’s appointments page. An appointment is officially cancelled when you accept the cancellation policy and click the ‘Cancel Appointment’ button in the cancellation menu.
