100% Refund Cancel > 24 hours

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.

50% Refund Cancel > 3 hours

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours to 3 hours prior, you get a 50% refund of the professional's fees.

0% Refund Cancel < 3 hours

If you cancel less than 3 hours prior or you do not show up for your appointment, the professional's fee is non-refundable.
